4 Seasons Laksa

My favourite laksa in all of Melbourne. You are missing out if you have never tried. The broth has just the right amount of spice, its thick texture brings you back to the hawker stands of Malaysia. It’s a small, family run business and has been serving the community for decades and with this service and flavour, will be here for many more.

It was good to see that they expanded the restaurant and renovated the place. Their signature laksa was always a great option, the broth was creamy and flavourful. However, the dry beef rice noodle with soy sauce was a bit on the heavy side as it was quite oily. Some fresh leeks, spring onions, and onions would refine the dish and bring out more freshness to the dish.

Reasonable laksa. Spicy and not too salty. The combo was good with a variety of protein. The hainase chicken was good as was the rice set. Singapore noodles also above average, not too oily and right level of curry favour.

Best budget eating for great taste. 🍴 My friend can’t eat spicy so we only ordered non-spicy dishes and they are all very tasty. Crispy Tofu was perfectly cooked with crispy outside and soft inside. Hainan chicken was very tender. Fried beef noodle, came with a large portion of beef. 🪑 Lovely interior and very clean.

Incredible laksa flavour. My partner who's not usually too big on laksa said that this is the best laksa she's had in Melbourne. What a compliment! So many varieties to choose from, even haianese chicken rice! Definitely coming back to try everything on the menu
