Cheapest Malaysian in Melbourne that I have found and tried. Fast service, double-colour toned interior, woody restaurant feel, fatty creamy spicy aroma from the food - couldn’t get any more authentic than this!
$10 for classics such as Kolo Mee, Char Kway Teow, Nasi Lemak, Hainanese Chicken Rice done just like the way we had it in Malaysia. Having travelled to Penang, the quality is almost similar. Penang White Curry Mee brought me back to the one I had near Air Siam temple in Penang. Rice dishes are better than their noodles, as I found the CKT & Kolo Mee lacking flavour. Love the chicken of both the curry chicken in the NasiLemak & Hainanese Chicken Rice. Sauce is super delicious, but the fragrant rice for both dishes were surprisingly better.
Definitely could do more meat for the Kolo Mee, and a bit more consistent meat would be great.
Even their teh tarik was perfect! My new go-to spot for Malaysian cuisine, I don’t have to go anywhere else for this hearty harmonious flavoured meal!

Hands down the BEST fish and chip shop in Melbourne! The food is always fresh, crispy, and absolutely delicious. But what really makes this place stand out is the customer service—Diego is incredible! He’s super friendly, always has a warm smile, and makes you feel genuinely welcome every time you walk in. It’s rare to find someone who clearly loves what they do and brings that kind of energy to their work. Can’t recommend this place enough—both for the food and the vibes!

Ate here with a table of 6 on a Saturday night for dinner. It's a small restaurant that can maybe sit approx 14 people.
The price is cheap which does match the food. Most dishes we ordered had large servings of noodles and rice, but limited on meat. The hor fun was smaller in serving compared to other dishes.
Overall the price is reasonable to what you get. Order more dishes if required.
Little to no parking available at the front. You will need to park on surrounding side streets around the corners

Ordered spicy kimchi pork belly Bento and spicy karaage. The service was pretty fast - under ten minutes for both. The portions, as can be seen from the photos, were VERY generous. This fed two people. The prices are also reasonable, considering the portion and taste. The service from the worker was outstanding, he was very friendly. Only downside is there was no music playing so the atmosphere felt a little quiet. Will definitely be back again!

I've been coming to this Vietnamese restaurant regularly and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. The food is absolutely delicious full of flavour, fresh, and always hits the spot. My go-to dish never disappoints. The drinks are just as good refreshing and well made.
What makes this place even more special is the staff. They’re some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with warm smiles and genuine care. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like family.

Best honey chicken and special fried rice I've had in a long time. Dumplings are great and the chilli paste is famous. Only thing the girl that used to serve is no longer there.
