Mar25:
Sarawak laksa $10:
✅ Chopped chicken drumstick bits, three pieces of prawns🦐, bean sprouts.
👎🏻 The soup was heavily watered down. The dish would've been a 9/10 had they not dilute it.
Feb25:
Hainan chicken rice $10:
✅ Served with chicken rice not plain rice.
✅ Sufficient portion for one.
❌ Doesn't come with ginger scallion sauce🫚.
‼️ They use deboned chicken drumsticks 🍗 instead of thighs.
Sarawak kolo noodles with charsiew $10:
✅ Came with a few pieces of crispy pork lard.
✅ Flavour was on point though I like mine with more red sauce.
😐The noodle portion was substantial but it lacked protein and had no veggies.

Can't wait for them to open! I am sure especially students will like this restaurant very much as it is not only delicious but affordable for students as well!

Great place for a satisfying meal which doesn't leave a hole in your pocket. Many dishes are available @ AUD10. My favourite dishes from the menu are the Traditional Kolo Mee and Pork Noodle Soup.
The place can be crowded during lunch time thus needs to be patient. Sitting available while waiting outside the Eatery which is a short distance from Glenferrie Railway Station.

Newly opened Malaysian restaurant in Hawthorn. Located just outside Glenferrie station. Small and cosy restaurant.
Highly recommend the Kolo Mee and Satay Fried Tofu. Though the Sarawak Laksa is flavourful, I personally would prefer the soup to be creamier.
Choice of many $10 dishes in the menu.
Saturday surcharge.
