Ethiopian

Ethiopian cuisine characteristically consists of vegetable and often very spicy meat dishes. This is usually in the form of wat, a thick stew, served on top of injera, a large sourdough flatbread, which is about 50 centimeters in diameter and made out of fermented teff flour. Ethiopians eat most of the time with their right hands, using pieces of injera to pick up bites of entrées and side dishes.

quote Terrific in Pizzas and quick service in doorstep. Punjabi Sunrise is always good in their food, pricing & service. Portions are healthy, tightly packed and super delicious. Loved the entire experience today and I will surely recommend them to others. They are the choice to recommend.

quote The kebab was amazing! Definitely one of the best I've had in Perth. The owner and staff were super friendly too. It's a great spot to check out, you won't be let down! 💯👍🏻

quote Nice kebab. Disappointing service. Myself and 93 year old mother waited 15+ minutes to place our order as we were ignored while pre-ordered foods (yet to be collected) were prioritised. The place was empty (2.15 pm), but a few people came in to collect food. Our order of 1 x tea, 1 x black coffee and 1 x kebab arrived 25 mins later.. 35+ mins wait in a non aircon cafe is never worth it (outside temp 36c). Total cost $31.50. (1 x Combination kebab (salad only) .. 1 x mug tea with bag floating inside plus 1 mug black coffee). Not quite sure how this adds up as the Kebab is $16.50 + 50c sauce.. making the 2 x hot drinks $7 each? Good takeaway food but not a Cafe.

quote Only ever ordered uber eats, but gosh it's always incredible! Serving sizes are generous and the food is amazing! Tonight I got the spicey braised beef noodle so good can't fault it.. Green Tea with lychee also perfect! My children love the cheeseburger dumpling aswell. (we have also tried the dough sticks before so fresh and crispy) Surprised some other reviews say they're a bit pricey? I think it's very reasonable priced especially when some other places charge 25 to 30 dollars for mains. Once again I will be back and will recommend to everyone I know

quote The food was delicious but the quantity was quite disappointing for the prices. Tables, cutlery, glasses were very clean and faultless. Very chilled tap water was also a plus. The timing and sequence for the delivery of the main dishes were unsatisfactory, though. It just took too long even when the restaurant was almost empty and didn’t seem to have many take-away orders, either. Service over all was nothing special. I wouldn’t go back.

quote I recently tried Ajay’s after my Dad was recommended them by his neighbour & they’ve become my go to pizza place. I usually order the Margherita & a Garlic Cheese Pizza with Dad opting for his Mexicana. The dough is incredible & appeared to be made from scratch. I appreciate that they also use quality ingredients as well. It’s also a family owned business & they make you feel so welcome when you go in to order. Honestly give Ajay’s a go & support a quality local business.
