A great dining experience at Pho Huong Viet recently. The young lady that served us through our setting was jovial, attentive and knowledgeable.
The beef pho was tasty, as was the prawns, along with the other dishes our guests ordered. And enjoyed.
If you know the area, you will know that parking is a challenge on the Main Street, so try the streets behind, on either side of the main strip.
Toilets are at the back and behind the kitchen, was spotless when our guests needed to use them.
The pork was succulent and well good, and the excess serve (we did order with our eyes) made for a tasty lunch box the following day.
Excellent food Pho Huong, keep it up.

Delicious pho. Flavorful broth, big portion size and generous amount of meat. Meat was nice and tender. Spring roll was also very nice.

Food was good, we got the pho with beef slices and brisket, and the claypot rice with mixed meats. Pho was great with flavourful soup but beef was thicker than expected. The rice had a great flavour and loads of meat but a bit too oily.
Highlight was the CHILLI! It was one of the best chilli oils I have ever tasted.

Quick and convenient, menu has a good range. Our favourites are beef pho and prawn spring rolls.

Nice Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Carnegie. The fried wanton we had was very nicely fried: crunchy on the outside, but the generous filling inside is still moist and juicy. The broken rice was nice: perfectly cooked rice and the pork chop was juicy and full of flavour. The steamed rice paper roll was good too. Generous portions, quick efficient service. Will return.
