Asian

Asia, being the largest and most populous continent, is home to many cultures, many of which have their own characteristic cuisine. While rice is common to most Asian cuisines, different varieties are popular in the various regions. Glutinous rice is ingrained in the culture, religious tradition and national identity of Laos. Basmati rice is popular in the Indian subcontinent, jasmine rice is often found across Southeast Asia, while long-grain rice is popular in China and short-grain in Japan and Korea. Curry is a common dish in South Asia, Southeast Asia, and East Asia. Curry dishes have their origins in the Indian subcontinent, with present-day Northern India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan mainly using a yogurt base, while those in present-day Southern India, Sri Lanka, and Southeast Asia generally use coconut milk as their foundation.

quote We have always loved the pizza. The owner has now updated the menu with beautiful pastas and risotto! We ordered 3 pastas and all were great. My prawn olive oil, chilli pasta was amazing!

quote We love it. They have totally different tastes compared to other famous burgers chains. Fries were awesome too. Not sure, which tomato sauce they use, but it tasted so good with fries. Highly recommended

quote The food is sensational. Had the mixed plate and couldn’t ask for more. Two smaller eaters could easily share it. The only reason I give four stars is because for non-smokers, you can only access toilets by going into the smoking area, and the glass sliding door separating the smoking g area from the restaurant is in dire need of repair and because it’s so hard to close, is normally left open meaning the restaurant is smoky too.

quote The pizza here is super underrated. Everyone talks about the fish and chips but the pizza is what truly shines. I had a portofino which was big, loaded with toppings, and tasted fresh. For just $16, it's an absolute bargain. Also probably one of the few fish and chips places in Perth that has seating inside and outside, which is great if you just want to sit down with friends and chat. We ended up staying for 2.5 hours, and the lady running the place was super accommodating and chill about it. Highly recommend!

quote Average at best and not great value. Ordered 3x mains and 3x rice. The plain rice comes in smaller containers and the mains containers (standard takeaway plastic containers) were only half full. For $100 I expected it to be filling but we were all left unsatisfied. The beef and black bean was good, the satay chicken weird and watery and the Hawker special chicken was bland but ok.
