Ethiopian

Ethiopian cuisine characteristically consists of vegetable and often very spicy meat dishes. This is usually in the form of wat, a thick stew, served on top of injera, a large sourdough flatbread, which is about 50 centimeters in diameter and made out of fermented teff flour. Ethiopians eat most of the time with their right hands, using pieces of injera to pick up bites of entrées and side dishes.

quote The best burger i have ever had and i have been looking all over tassie and parts of the east coast of Australia. Now I live in Brisbane and have been looking there and still can't beat it. Price, taste and size. Bees knees! Jill is fantastic at her job and a beautiful person. Every time I have been here I leave feeling better than when I arrived. Thanks Jill you legend!

quote A True hidden gem! This place has nailed the art of burger-making! The patties were cooked to perfection. The flavor combinations were outstanding, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Great value for money, don't miss out

quote We went for the all you can eat chicken The chicken was really nicely cooked, crispy coating, chicken perfectly cooked. It's noted the chicken is all the same, just different sauces or coating - beware the honey soy- extremely salty! The service was average at best, long delays between dishes, no explanation on what to expect or how to order, items missing etc. Ambiance is what is missing most. The restaurant area is functional, but it lacks personality and warmth and leaves you feeling a bit like a perching short stay visitor. Adjusting the lighting and investing in staff performance could see this average restaurant reach new heights and popularity.

quote The fried noodle and Lemon chicken were the best. But the restaurant environment was not very clean, and kitchen tools were lying around on the tables in the dining area which made us hesitate a little to go in. Other than that, they served good food and were affordable prices.
