This place is amazing, everything is so perfect, the taste, price and portion size. My new favorite local Chinese restaurant, i ordered 6 things (didn’t take a picture of the egg tarts) and total was only 60 bucks!!! RECOMMENDED. The staff are so nice and friendly

Relatives tried yum cha & dim sum here before, and they said dim sum was very good. They booked a banquet of 3 round tables. I haven't tried Dim Sum yet. Need to come back for dim sum or other dishes.
The chef came from Guangdong (廣東).
Environment: plenty of carparks. Same as former decorations. Not very packed. --- 7/10
Service: the owner and wait persons were nice. Served fast. Most dishes almost came at the same time. The owner distributed the soup into small bowls unevenly - half full of 2 bowls (we didn't request that, and I did the rest of soup). Slightly chaotic when changing clean plates for desserts. --- 7.2/10
Food: They pre-ordered some tailor-made dishes for the banquet. Some dishes were out of menu. The chef forgot our requests. Slightly pricey. Normal presentation. According to the sequences:
- Prawn Crackers: requested for kids. Free and crispy, but some flakes on the bottom.
- Seafood Soup: There were small diced shrimps, more (larger pieces) squids and a lot of enoki mushroom (stems only) in the soup. --- 5/10
- Chicken with Ginger & shallot sauce: The dipping sauce was very good. The children was undercooked for us (we requested well done). Sent back to kitchen to recook. It's still good in texture --- 6/10
- Salad Spare Ribs: Not in the usual menu. It's like deep fried pork ribs mixed with Mayonnaise. It's not our version/ interpretation of Salad Spare Ribs. The worst was "no meat" --- 4/10
- Noodles with Prawns in Butter sauce, 1.5 serve: it's not traditional E-fu noodles. It's just an egg noodles, but ok. There were 15 well-cooked prawns. Better use larger plate for larger serve. The best dish. --- 8/10
- Pad Fried Toothfish glazed with soy sauce: poor presentation. The toothfish steak was too thin for deep fry. --- 7/10
- Fried Wild Rice with Wagyu Beef and Shrimp in Hot Stone Bowl: well cooked. Beef and shrimps were finely chopped. Could taste the wagyu beef only in my 2 small bowls of rice. I couldn't find shrimp meat in mine. Better not too finely chopped of the beef and shrimp. However, my aunty told that they had requested no beef. --- 7.7/10
- Homemade Egg Tofu with Mushrooms, 1.5 serve: Egg tofu was silky. Not enough sauce and mushrooms. Ate them separately --- 7.3/10
- Beef with Black Pepper Sauce: normal presentation and portion.Tender. Not very strong flavor of black pepper but ok --- 6/10
- Mixed Vegetables in Taro nest: not in the menu. Small portion. It looked great in mixed vegetables when served. It had snow fungus. But a lot of hard black ear mushrooms on the bottom. Taro nest was not good looking. --- 5.5/10
- Shanghai Pan-Fried Red Bean Pancakes with Ice Cream: not in the menu. Well presented. Not the usual rectangular shape. Crispy outside. Prefer a bit more red bean paste filling, but ok for free. --- 7.3/10

My family dined in the restaurant last Saturday. Both the food and service are quite good. The restaurant is not too busy and feel really comfortable. My dad lost his wallet in the chair with some cash and all his cards by accident. The owner helped keep it and returned to us without any hesitate when we get back several days later. We will definitely come back to this place again.
