I ordered a pack for one thru Uber Eats but on delivery I was missing a potato cake. I rang the shop & spoke to a wonderful girl but unfortunately they sent me two more pieces of flake instead of the potato cake as discussed. It’s the first time I have had issues with this business I will order again from them but I will ring them as well next time I order

Just wanted to say that the lady who took my phone order last night (SAT 1st June) was "Amazing" Just wish I had grabbed her name. To the manager, be very proud to have such a lovely lady working for you - We need MORE of her!
Also, there was apparently a mix up with our order so we were also given a pizza at no charge - A BIG thumbs up & we will be ordering through you guys again!
