Their rolls do not rip my gums and are crisp and fluffy. The sauce, mix of condiments, roast pork is perfect! The service is awesome too!

Literally the best banh mi in Perth, truly a hidden spot! I can’t buy banh mi anywhere else here because I know it won’t be as good as the banh mi here, plus the price is insanely affordable for how good it is! We also get our fish and chips here, and we’ve never been disappointed in this aspect either. The owner of the shop is always so lovely and friendly, and you can tell he truly takes care in what he makes.

I was looking for something to eat before a meeting. Drove around the centre and decided on fish and chips, and I'm glad I did. The shop was very busy for a Wednesday night, always a good sign.
I decided on large fish and chips ,$14.00
I recieved a very large portion of chips and one very large and a small piece of battered fish well cooked and lightly salted.
I sat outside and ate on one of the tables.
Good parking and very happy and friendly service. It's just a pity I don't live closer.
