Indian Essence - Indian restaurant in Glenroy Melbourne has mediocre food quality while price is reasonable. Service was decent and bathroom was reasonably clean. You can pay with cash or card. They also do uber eats and door dash.

The staff here are so incredibly lovely. They don’t make you feel stressed or rushed and it feels like they really want to serve you. The lady who served me today (she was working at 11:30am) had the biggest smile on her face and was so polite. The man that gave me my food was so lovely as well. Seems like a really good family business and I will definitely be coming back. Nothing makes a customer feel more appreciated than staff like that. I hope they realise how good they are ❤️

Great burger & fries! 🍔 🍟 The Apollo Burger is fantastic - not greasy but well seasoned & balanced ingredients. Bun is quality & nicely toasted. Appreciated how the burger was wrapped - ready to catch any minimal grease/sauce. Really the best burger I’ve had in a long time! Wanted to support the owners as they were nice & welcoming & had a clean restaurant, so also got some fries to take away - also very good! & to top it off, the pricing was reasonable. If I lived out here, I’d support them more. Hopefully the locals do so 🙂

We thought we’d give this local pizza place a try tonight (as we had just visited Bunnings). I am very glad we did! Pizzas are absolutely delicious, and are made with high quality ingredients. Staff are friendly and welcoming and you can tell that they love what they do. We were even given a sample of the lemon granita to try while we waited for our pizzas to cook, which was a lovely touch. Pizzas are perfect in consistency, with a lovely bubbly crust. Will definitely be coming back!

We love this restaurant so much, sometimes we go multiple times in one week. The food is incredible, always fresh and delicious. Don't listen to the other reviews mentioning portion size, the portions are more than generous and represent great value for money. The owners and staff are so friendly and accommodating, they can always fit our large family in at short notice. Get the housemade prawn crackers, crispy chicken with noodles (ask for the soup on the side), and all the vermicelli dishes are delicious too. Cannot recommend highly enough. The best Vietnamese on Victoria St.
