Checked this newly opened restaurant out due to our regular place being closed, it seems to be the only Indian restaurant around that is open for lunch on the weekends! glad I gave them a try because their $13 Thali pack was incredible value for what we paid. Ordered online and it was ready pretty much right on the estimated time, the serving sizes were amazing and it comes with everything you could need! the butter chicken was especially delicious :) I was able to save half of it for a 2nd meal! We will definitely be coming back for more. Give these guys a try!

The setting is reminiscent of a traditional kopi tiam, with its clean and welcoming environment, small tables, plastic stools, and paper cups for water, creating a cozy and unpretentious dining experience. Despite the trend of some restaurants cutting down on serving fried noodles due to high labour costs, Jalan Alor proudly offers a wide array of Malaysian favourites.
