A hidden gem! This cute little place is spotless—every staff member wears hair nets, showcasing their commitment to hygiene. The servings are generous and worth every cent. The Beef Rib Pho was incredible, packed with tender meat that literally fell off the bone, plus additional cuts that were equally tender in a rich, flavourful broth.
The Broken Special Rice was perfection! The grilled pork chop was tender, infused with fragrant herbs and spices, and even the fried egg was cooked to perfection 😍

20-seaters dining place in the area and only have a chance to try today as they only operate 4 days a week. I ordered combination Pho $17.50 and stuffed chicken wings $10. Soup is good with generous portions of meat. The rice noodle used in Pho is different from other Pho that I ate before and I don’t like the texture of it.
Since it’s a small eatery place, seat only can get by reservation. I cannot even get a seat for myself even I walked in there at 7.17 pm while restaurant closing time is 8.30 pm. I try again 10 minutes later and a lady at the cashier kind enough to give me a seat. They encourage to take away but I don’t like take away soup. Didn’t serve bean sprouts and lemon till you request it. Not sure they forgot or only serve upon request.

The best Vietnamese restaurant in the town. Very yummy food with very friendly service and the reasonable price. My favorite dishes are Ox tail combination Pho, Banh Mi and combination porkchop rice. Highly recommend!!!

Wanted Vietnamese food and was looking around the applecross area. Nice little place on busy canning hwy. Got to say the food is pretty nice.
The pho was tasty and the combination pork chop rice got to say has been a while since I got one that had so much different types of meat on it. 😋 The Vietnamese coffee was strong 💪🏽 which was good. The only complaint was that the noodle in the pho was overcooked and the broken rice was as well. Other then that it was an enjoyable meal 🍽️

The two of us ordered three main menu items and Vietnamese iced coffees, and it was so delicious that we ate it all without leaving a even single grain of rice or noodles.
What further explanation do you need? :D
How happy are we to have this Vietnamese restaurant in our neighborhood? :)

It's been a while since this restaurant opened, and there's still a hearty, tasty food.
And They are always kind.
This restaurant that's kept its original intentions and hasn't changed.👍
We still visit here when we have time.
I'm posting more photos of the Chef's special menu that we visited here a few days ago and enjoyed. I can be sure that this is the best menu for health.
