After years of eating here under old management, we decided to revisit this restaurant for a dim sum lunch. Upon entering, even though there were other customers already there, the restaurant wasn't close to capacity which seemed a bit strange compared to what it was like before.
After the trolleys started arriving, ordering, and starting to eat the dumplings, we could see why they weren't as busy as they used to be. Compared to before, the taste was average, with many dumplings below average. There just seemed to lack the characteristic punchy flavours and textures that make dim sum so moreish, so we were somewhat dissatisfied with our lunch.
Unfortunately, for my taste, there is better tasting dim sum in Perth. Hopefully they improve as it's otherwise a good location and restaurant.

We’ve been to their dim sum on weekends several times and never disappointed 👍 Surprisingly, their dinner was amazing too!! The clay pot chicken was a bit salty but it’s still tasty.
You can also taste the freshness of the lobster 😋😋 If you have a group of 5+, highly recommend ordering that. Our grandma loves their durian mochi too ❤️

-Had high expectations for the dimsum here in Aus. But it was just an average 6/10. Still preferred going Hong Kong for its dimsum. -Customer service was SO GOOD, they were so good at their job. Kudos to them
Would like any recommendations on any famous dimsum restaurant in Australia. Wanted to give it another try
